1. How do I place an order?
Placing an order on Decoral (decoral.shop) is easy:
- Browse our product categories or use the search bar to find what you're looking for.
- Select the product, choose your size or color (if applicable), and click Add to Cart.
- When you’re ready to checkout, click the Cart icon and follow the prompts to enter your shipping information, choose a payment method, and review your order.
- Once everything is correct, click Place Order to complete the purchase.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay.
3. Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, we may not be able to accommodate changes. Contact us at contact@decoral.shop immediately if you need to make any adjustments.
4. How long will it take to receive my order?
- USA Orders: Economy shipping within 5-8 business days.
- UK Orders: Standard International shipping within 6-12 business days. Transit times may vary depending on location and shipping conditions.
5. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship only to the United States and the United Kingdom. We do not offer shipping to other international destinations at this time.
6. What if my order is damaged or defective?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
7. Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! We offer gift cards that can be purchased directly from our website. They are redeemable for any product on our site.
8. Can I track my order?
