1. Warranty Coverage

- Indoor Decor (including rugs, lighting, etc.)
The warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and covers the following:

- Shipping costs for returns or exchanges due to manufacturer defects.
- Fixing issues arising from faulty materials or workmanship under normal use.
2. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:

- Wear and tear over time, including normal degradation of product materials.

3. Making a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

- Step 2: Provide clear photos or videos of the product showing the defect. This will help us quickly process your claim.
- Step 3: After review, our team will contact you to arrange a return, repair, or replacement based on the warranty assessment.
4. Repair and Replacement Process
If your item qualifies for warranty repair or replacement:
- We will arrange for the repair or send you a replacement product. If we no longer have the product in stock, we will offer a comparable alternative.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, if possible, to avoid additional damage during the return process.
- If the product is repaired, it will be shipped back to you at no additional cost.
5. Warranty Period for Replacements or Repairs
If a replacement product or repaired item is sent to you, the warranty period will be extended by 3 months from the date of replacement or repair.
6. Limitations
This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser. Warranty claims must be made within the warranty period. After the 12-month period, any repair or replacement services will be subject to additional fees.
